Post subject: Bowel Cancer Posted: July 5, 2006 3:13 pmMy husband is terminally ill with Bowel Cancer. We are told he could live months or maybe years. He has had Chemotherapy, which has had no apparent affect. We have known about this for the last year, and he says he has no symptoms and feels fine. He has told me not to tell anyone other than the children and my sister. I am finding the stress overwhelming, and would be grateful if someone could advise me of the best course that I can take to get some support. Thank you for reading this.

Post subject: Re: Bowel Cancer Posted: May 8, 2007 3:26 pmDear Carolann,
Have an enormous hug. My husband also has bowel cnacerf and has just started chemo. But he just says he is "fine" although his prognosis is poor. The strain of keeping on a "happy mummy" face is overwhelming at times. If you want to come nack to me, have a chat send an email please do.
I feel I need to scream at times - I am sure you must feel the same. Please feel free to contact me.
